Murphy's Law Faith

Listen, Murphy's Law is literally like a pop quiz from God. Today was one of those days that was challenging for me. Nothing life-altering happened (thank God), but it was just smedium (yes I said SMEDIUM) roadblocks throughout the day that just left me anxious and irritated.
Of course I called my mom, and she jokingly (but seriously) told me to tell the Lord thank you! If you know my mom, then you know what I mean when I say "jokingly but seriously". 🤦🏾♀️😂
Once I got done fussing about all of the ways I was inconvenienced, I became overwhelmed with humility and gratitude; Because, she's right---While it would have been nice for my day to have flowed perfectly, and for everything to have gone according to MY plan--- I have to believe that GOD's plan is more perfect than my IDEA of perfection. So, I'm just going to sit on my couch, with these 7 "doo-doo plaits" in my head, and say "Thank you Lord, for whatever it is you were shielding me from today".
Sometimes it takes the little hills to show you how ill-equipped you are to face the taller, steeper mountains. Faith is an energy that requires practice and discipline. It is both a muscle and skill. It must be exercised in order to ensure optimal performance. "Oh what peace we often forfeit--- oh what needless pain we bare"... What if I just remembered to trust that God ALWAYS operates in my BEST interest?
P.S. The website crashed twice while I was trying to post this. And no, it did not save my drafts. #HeyMurphy 🤷🏾♀️😂
